How do I make a cleaning appointment?

We love animals as much as you do! Our teams are familiar with the proper treatment of dogs, cats and other pets. We also use non-toxic, eco-friendly products so your pets are safe on any surface we clean. Please make sure to request an eco-friendly cleaning if this applies to you.

We highly recommend a Deep Clean for first-time customers or customers who haven’t had a professional clean in the last few months.

No, you do not! It’s completely your choice whether you would like to be home during your appointment. If you prefer, you can just leave a key and we’ll take care of everything!

There is no set amount of time – it all depends on the current condition of your home.

You will be automatically billed after each cleaning is complete.

A twenty-four (24) hour notice is necessary if the Client has to cancel a scheduled cleaning service. Phone or email notification is acceptable.
If the Client fails to provide twenty-four (24) hour notice on multiple occasions, the Client shall pay 30% of the charge for the canceled cleaning. If you cancel with the cleaner there or we are locked out, the full price will be charged. If PROVIDER needs to cancel a scheduled cleaning visit, the Client will be notified within twenty-four (24) hours. The client will receive one (1) free cleaning if the PROVIDER fails to
provide twenty-four (24) hour notice.

We send 1 or 2 Cleaners, depending on availability and your needs. We bill in man-hours.
For example: If you booked a 5 hour clean and 1 Cleaner came to the appointment, they
would be there for the full 5 hours. If 2 Cleaners came to the appointment, they would be
there for 2.5 hours each, for a total of 5 hours. Please note that for larger cleans, we may
send more Cleaners to ensure all the work can get done in a single day.

If you are still unsatisfied with any aspect of our service after your re-clean, just let us know within 24 hours of the re-clean. We will credit your FULL appointment cost back. You shouldn’t have to pay for a service you are not completely satisfied with!
