How many cleaning officer will come to clean the place?

Normally, only one cleaning employee will be present to clean the area. However, if the client requests it and/or the location is too large, two people will be sent.

Are cleaning materials included?

Cleaning materials might be added with the Client’s and Pölypupu’s consent and agreement.
We always use the vacuum cleaner, mop, and cleaning products provided in your home to clean your house.

What if i need to reschedule?

A twenty-four (24) hour notice is necessary if the Client has to cancel a scheduled cleaning service. Phone or email notification is acceptable. If the Client fails to provide twenty-four (24) hour notice on multiple occasions, the Client shall pay 30% of the charge for the canceled cleaning.
If PROVIDER needs to cancel a scheduled cleaning visit, the Client will be notified within twenty-four (24) hours. The client will receive one (1) free cleaning if the PROVIDER fails to provide twenty-four (24) hour notice.

How to pay?

The invoice will be mailed or emailed to you.

What language do the cleaners speak?

Our cleaners’ primary working language is English.
