Welcome to Polypupu. By booking our cleaning services or purchasing products from our online shop, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to protect both our customers and our company.

2. Services

• We provide professional cleaning services as described on our website and confirmed in the booking.

• Services may include regular home cleaning, office cleaning, deep cleaning, or other agreed tasks.

• Special requests must be arranged in advance.

3. Shop Products

• Our online shop offers items such as gift vouchers, cleaning-related products, and branded merchandise (e.g., T-shirts).

• All product prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable.

• We reserve the right to update pricing and product availability at any time.

4. Bookings and Cancellations (Services)

• Bookings can be made online, by phone, or by email.

• Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours before the service. Later cancellations may be charged 50% of the service price.

• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Orders, Shipping, and Returns (Shop)

• Orders are processed once payment is received.

• Physical products are shipped within Finland and the EU (unless otherwise stated). Delivery times vary depending on product and location.

• Digital products such as vouchers are delivered by email.

• Customers in the EU have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods (except for digital vouchers that have already been used).

• Returned products must be unused, in original condition, and returned at the customer’s expense unless the product is defective.

• Refunds are issued once returned items are received and inspected.

6. Pricing and Payment

• Payments can be made via bank transfer, card, or other methods listed on our website.

• Late payments for services may be subject to reminder fees in accordance with Finnish law.

7. Customer Responsibilities (Services)

• The customer must provide safe and proper access to the premises.

• The environment must be safe (no hazardous materials, pets managed, etc.).

• Customers must inform us of fragile items that require extra care.

8. Company Responsibilities

• We provide services and products with care and professionalism.

• Our cleaning staff are insured and trained.

• If damage occurs during cleaning, it must be reported immediately. Claims will be handled in line with Finnish law and our liability insurance.

9. Liability

• We are not responsible for normal wear and tear, or damage from incorrect customer instructions.

• We are not liable for loss of cash, jewelry, or other valuables unless agreed in writing.

• For shop products, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

• Customer data is handled in accordance with the EU GDPR and Finnish law.

• Information is used only for providing services, fulfilling shop orders, and managing customer relations.

11. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by Finnish law.

• Any disputes are handled by competent courts in Finland.
